This is a great tool with lots of functionality for tracking projects and tasks. I’m a former project manager by trade turned business owner. I wanted to apply my skills to managing my own business with a project management tool and decided to give this one a try since it’s a lifetime deal.

Here’s what’s NOT in the product (and I see requests for the features listed all the way back to 2015!):

-no estimate time on each task
-no time tracking within a task (see notes below)
-no true task dependencies (see below)

While there is a “time tracking” section, this allows you to track time only in that section on a task (which you can then export), but it doesn’t list the time in the task itself. You can add custom fields to your tasks, but it would just be a generic number that you have to individually reference (no reporting or direct comparison to actual time worked).

If you go into the Gantt view you can place a visual line link between tasks...but this is purely visual. I wanted the functionality that I used in Microsoft Project to shift a delayed task (that needs to be completed before others) with tasks depending on that task completion to reschedule. Again, this is in some ways real aged to the time estimates and time worked not being a function.

I also don’t see a way to set task times (only dates). I linked the calendar view to Google Calendars but it can’t really equate to WHEN you want to do the task, only the dates themselves.

So this is a pretty good tool. It’s simple and easy to use. I just wish it had true Project Management 101 functionality.
