1. Honestly, I am not sure how to manage your use case but let me try. Fresh Proposals integrate with Zapier. You can add a Zap with online form tool (like Jotform/Typeform/Gravity/Google) which will collect information from client (name, address, package choice, etc). Use conditional logic/ branching in Zapier to choose one of the proposal templates in Fresh Proposals that contains respective package, client name, contact details, etc. Creating/editing proposal access is available only for logged-in user (it means your client can't create/edit/format a proposal). Though currently it may not be completely automated using Fresh Proposals, I see that as a use-case to automate (if other things are streamlined).
