I liked this product a lot in the beginning - at least the potential it had. After being a faithful supporter, testing and beta testing and letting them experiment on me I never saw the improvements. Instead, they only wanted to add new features they could upsell instead of making the basic product work first.
Support is great. They quickly jump on the phone to figure things out, but you'll soon realize it's not intended to help you, just to offer another upsell, which they offensively call a "no-brainer" thinking that this will prompt you to buy. No, thank you. I won't pay an extra dime until the basic feature set works. FreshLearn (previously FreshLMS) can try to rebrand all they want. I will not recommend them to anyone.
