So-so product with terrible support

I purchased this in July 2020 (over two years ago) and have had nothing but trouble with it ever since. They delayed the release of my course by months because of issues they kept saying would be fixed "in the next two weeks," for almost four months.

Now, two days ago, when I went to sign in to support a student issue, I'm faced with a firewall asking me to pay to get into my course dashboard! I contacted them through chat and was told the problem would be resolved within 12 hours. Here is it, 48 hours later, and still no access... And this is actually the second time it's happened since I bought the program!

Another reviewer made the comment that this is the worst product they have ever purchased on Appsumo, and I 100% agree. I fully expect some glitches with products on Appsumo, knowing that they are often early-stage products. But I usually welcome the opportunity to grow with them. In this case, though, it's the lies and lack of support from customer service that truly makes it a terrible experience. This product has cost me thousands of dollars in lost earnings by not following through on what they say they will do when they say they will do it.

My site had a whitelabel

And recently he added the name of her site to our personal sites and asked us to upgrade in order to delete that word

This was annoying to me

What they promised they did not fulfill

I bought 5 codes from appsumo, and have asked the helpdesk as well as the founder with I asked where is the promised items as an early adopter

For example:

1. Gamification = only available to upgrade in $299

2. Integration such as zapier = now its locked in my account

3. Total Gb for 5 codes - suppose to be 10gb x 5 = 50gb

and now I only have 10gb, and also no zapier - and now they have locked up all the functions they promised for the codes being bought, and request us to pay $299 per year to unlock even the supposedly included zapier integration.

On top of that, they also promised to include gamification in the 5 codes. Now, they have broken the promise, and 'bundled up' the included gamification - and want us to pay $299 USD for the functions.

What a company. Look good on the outside, ROTTEN on the inside.
