As it stands, unfortunately, it appears you can't use FreshLMS to sell a course online to any EU-based customers? I'm based in the UK, but EU VAT depends on where the customer is based, so this would apply to any course producer.

When you connect your PayPal account as a payment gateway, users will see these additional options as buttons below the PayPal button depending on what country they are in. There is no additional configuration required on your part to enable such features, and you can receive payments in your PayPal account just the same whether paid through PayPal balance, credit or debit card, or via one of these alternate methods.
