Hi Andy! Frictionless seems pretty cool based on my initial tests on the free plan..
Some questions before commit..
1) Since each client "slot" is not allowed to be exchange to a new client, do you provide (or will consider to) a new user Add-on (monthly or one-time) or we need to get a monthly plan in order to add new brands?
2) The monthly plans on your website are of 1client or you can use it as an agency for multiple brands?
3) I just want to confirm if is possible or not to downgrade the AS Tier during refunding period, since is not stated as the other AS deals. Since deal is ending I want to get a high tier, but if after further testing I decide is not what I need, this is not a surprise I want 😅

Looking forward your answers as I continue with testing of what it seems a great software =)
