Q: Previous Support Request and Pricing Tiers
Hello,
Prior to discovering the Appsumo LTD options, I trial-ed Frictionless. I sent a support request a few days ago from the portal, asking for clarification between the differenr plans and the Appsumo LTD tier limitations. I wanted to purchase an LTD to at least fully try the features (it has been in my cart), but first needed to make sure I understood your different plans, and was choosing one that would ultimately be useful for me down the line.
I didn't receive a response, and in the mean time - it seems the Appsumo Deal sold out a day later.
Are you able to honor the LTD pricing given the situation? I still look forward to a response regarding my questions and the specific limitations of each plan... Please advise how to proceed.

In regards to the support ticket, I included some suggestions if you were open to amending current workspace & usage limitations in the future. More importantly - my main questions were regarding the differences in plans/tiers, that I couldn't decipher from the trial. My support ticket has now disappeared, so I can't reference them exactly from memory. Will send an email now.
