Compré 5 codigos en abril del 2025 lo cual me dio derecho a 10 clientes.
Sólo activé 1 cliente (de mi compañía) para testear el producto, y dejé de usarlo para esperar a que estuviera más maduro.
En diciembre del 2025 volví a entrar a mi cuenta y me llevé la ingrata sorpresa de que el producto ha sido recortado y que no puedo usar mi cuenta, sino que me están tratando como un usuario nuevo que tiene que crear un nuevo cliente, y no puedo entrar a mi cliente configurado. No puedo entra a ninguna otra característica del producto, ya que no me deja pasar del requerimiento de crear un nuevo cliente.
Ya le escribí a soporte, pero brillan por su ausencia. NO PUEDO HACER NADA.

My account is not working anymore. Projects prepared long ago lost all data and nothing new can be added. Every analysis is failing: positioning, design, layout, conversion, content, grammar. The other functions like Recommendations, Performance, Keywords, Links, Questions all of them are inactive. Also, I cannot add a new project because I get an error that the website cannot be accessed and all my clients websites are up and running. Another short lifetime license scam.

The App has Changed and Reduced In Scope
I felt disappointed and somewhat cheated after purchasing five Frictionless codes with the intention of using them for a full suite—from strategic planning to buyer personas and content copy. The owner has completely changed the original scope of the Frictionless app, reducing it to a Website/Competitor SEO audit tool. The original buyer and branding features were removed to create a new app called BuyerTwin, and the content creation features were moved to another new app called CopyFlow.
There was no communication to original AppSumo LTD buyers about this drastic change. I hope Frictionless is currently in transition and that previous AppSumo LTD buyers will be granted equivalent access to BuyerTwin and CopyFlow, which were part of the pre-transformation Frictionless.
Since I purchased the AppSumo LTD codes, the app has been unstable. I only managed to test it for a few weeks before some parts of it broke and rendered the app completely not usable. The owner promised Frictionless would be better after the transformation.
I really hope that promise is kept, previous functionalities are honored, and that efforts are made to improve Frictionless’s usability, as it was launched about a year and a half ago. At this moment, original AppSumo LTD users can only access the free version of the 2 new apps: CopyFlow and BuyerTwin (which is like partial trial version - does not allow complete workflow). However, access to Frictionless is preserved but main features (as in AppSumo feature list ) were taken away and moved to the new apps.

Change is not good in this case - really disappointed
When I purchased, Frictionless was specifically to help create marketing and brand strategy, develop personas, content, etc. I purchased 10 tiers to use in our agency. The product is not anything what I purchased, and what I had created is no longer accessible.
Now it is just a general web/seo audit tool that doesn't compare to other tools we have access too. So now, my purchase is useless.
Really disappointed.

The Reviews on this were promising, but after testing it for 24 hours, I concluded that this is another "all-in-one" AI-powered marketing strategist that is a solution seeking a problem.
Pros
- The idea is appealing.
- Web audit is an interesting tool and, maybe if this was the core function, may be useful to the right users.
Cons
- Many screens could not be read due to colour issues, suggesting the interface has been launched without proper testing.
- Several bugs were encountered beyond that relating to access to features being restricted (resolved themselves) and analysis needing to be re-run.
- Two tickets raised, both for relatively urgent usage issues, with zero response. Supporting documentation is non-existent.
- The output from AI Engine was almost identically inaccurate across all models.
- The output in general was poor, and the marketing strategies don't provide any insight beyond fairly generic suggestions ("Form partnerships with referral sources", "Increase the quantity of high-fee paying clients")
- The workshop functionality seems to be mostly text entry boxes, which create AI summary content, then require further input to create more specific insights. Seems like nothing more than ask > summarise stuff.
All in all, I don't see anything here that a skill for prompt engineering and access to an A.I. model can't do.
I also understand the restriction of "re-using" workspaces, but it does make this a single use product for agencies.
Oddly, adding a new workspace offered me a $39 monthly cost, which is cheaper than adding a Tier on AppSumo - I don't get this at all.
Not meaning to be negative. Merely to point out that I couldn't see how this does what it says it's supposed to in the time I played with it and couldn't see sense in wasting any more time with it.
