I have been in business for several decades and studied business planning and strategy at graduate and post graduate level, and can honestly say that this is probably THE best tool I have ever seen in this area - and I've seen a lot.

It is hard to imagine any kind of business (online or offline) where this wouldn't be of immense value, and not just for a start-up, but for any business at any stage in its development.

Some tools that try to achieve this kind of thing are rather lightweight, and really don't bring much to the party, whereas Frictionless doesn't bring things to the party it IS the party.

In a nutshell, it will help you formulate and perfect your business strategy. That in itself is good, but it does it in a way that really helps and encourages you take things deeper. Instead of having an okay business strategy that checks all the usual boxes, you'll end up with a business strategy that is like the kind of thing you might end up with if you locked a dozen MBA graduates in a room for a week.

And it doesn't stop there. There's so much more that I haven't even touched on.

I wish I'd had this tool over the last few decades, as it would have definitely proved a huge asset and helped me to expand not just my vision as far as both customers and products are concerned, but also how to reach these audiences and how to communicate.

And if you're a marketing agency then this is an absolute no-brainer. I worked for a top agency back in the early 1990s. My main role was to work with the account managers, directors, designers, copywriters, etc, to come up with a business/marketing strategy for large corporates, and then we'd go pitch it to them. The contracts were worth serious money, so we'd pull out all the stops to succeed. This tool would have totally transformed how we approached these pitches, and would taken our pitches to a whole different level. In addition, it would have saved us many days or even weeks, as just to document things like customer profiles, pain points, needs and wants, etc, could take days, and this does so much more.

So, very highly recommended and definitely worthy of a 5 taco rating.

I've only scratched the surface here, and urge you to give it a go if you're an entrepreneur, and particularly if you're a serial entrepreneur.
