It's got some friction... What's going on?
We bought 5 credits... This product is pretty much unusable...
Workspaces, you can make them but not delete them despite the instructions saying (Admins) can do both,
Reached out to support who suggested to go to Account section and delete workspace from there... Nope. You delete the account from the account page, not workspace...
Collaborators doesn't work...
Sent email invites, what's the point of having 5 credits if this doesn't work?
Yes, we checked our junk many many times
ICPs goes to a blank page
Identity > Build Brand Voice goes to blank page
You pick a persona and the persona image is not the one you pick that's loaded...
They could benefit from someone who is quality-controlling their product.

I sent you an email as well, but i deeply apologize for your issues. You came on in a moment where we had been trying to rapidly push out new features and improvements.
We had combined a few screens to help reduce clicks, we opened up our "Ask" feature which had been locked for higher tiers, we added in more real-time syncing on workshops, added more start-up screens for new users, and more.
But the reality is, we also pushed a number of bugs with all the improvements - which was unacceptable. And again, we apologize.
It was primarily only a few days of issues -- that I think correlated to your time with the tool. We have been working diligently and believe all or majority are solved.
We are trying to innovate fast and give more value fast, but we got ahead of our skies.
I hope you'll give us another try and we are more than happy to walk through it with you personally.
