Sadly, I have logged in for the first time in a while only to find, like the other commenters that the team at Frictionless has flipped out side products and migrated the features that we signed up for to those, and have not notified us, or included us with these features. Now, fair enough if these were new products, but they're not, they just took what we paid for away. I have lodged a support ticket asking for them to honour the agreement for the support we provided at the start and await their contact. Really disappointed.
