There is no specific row limit, but we've found that sheets with 5K+ rows tend to start getting a bit slower to load and update.

We are looking into offering an internal database solution to offer more scalability for users who need higher scale, but we've found that most users don't encounter this need.

I would suggest signing up and running some tests to see if you find the performance satisfactory for your needs.
