Welcome back! I bought the top tier when Frontly was launched on AppSumo, then paid more to upgrade to unlimited apps and users. I have made the account switch to v2 and I see that I\u0027ve got no branded apps, 1000 Frontly DB Operations/month, and 1000 AI Credits/month, just like/less than the new Lifetime Tier 1 plan. Is this supposed to happen?

I have made the account switch to v2 and I see that I've got no branded apps, 1000 Frontly DB Operations/month, and 1000 AI Credits/month, just like/less than the new Lifetime Tier 1 plan. Thank you, Scott, but this doesn't answer my question. I have already upgraded to v2. Do I get unlimited branded apps? Do I get 10,000 monthly DB operations? Do I get 10,000 AI credits? I didn't get any of that, from what I can see in my account.

Did you reach out to support and ask for plan migration? It is clearly stated in the migration documentation - once you create your V2 account, there's a link to migrate or reach out to support.
