Q: Frontly DB and Plans
Very good morning, I would appreciate if you could clarify the following.
1- I have acquired Lifetime Tier 3 before; will I still have my 50 apps, will it be reduced to 10, or will I have an intermediate configuration between both values?
2- In Lifetime Tier 3; I have 100,000 operations and 10 apps, this is an average of 10,000 operations per app/month or an average of 333 operations/day.
In a frontly app with 1,000 users that every day complete a simple form that modifies a database.
a - Do I need 30,000 operations to do this?
b - Can I put limits to each app, to make the respective control?
c - If the users only need to read the information of a page or reading, does that count as an operation?
Thank you so much

Apr 21, 2025A: Good morning!
The migration process for previous LTD users and the new usage limits have been outlined in the following support doc: https://help.frontly.ai/en/articles/11115137-frontly-2-0-plan-migration-for-previous-paid-users
Additionally, operations are any database actions which includes viewing, creating, updating, and deleting records. User determined app level operation limits is currently on the roadmap.
Hi Scott_Spanie, I appreciate your time and effort, this must be very tiring, but it is not very helpful to find the same answer.Let's resume, please.
1 - The version 3 Appsumo above will be mapped to 50 apps, with a Monthly operations of 100.000. Is this correct?
2- I need to know what is the difference to pay to reach the highest level, but there is no option in appsumo to upgrade Lifetime Tier
Happy to help :)
1. You will get 50 custom branded apps (unlimited Frontly branded apps!). With operations being a new system however, all old plans will recieve 10k operations in V2.
2. We are migrating old accounts over as a thank you, but the new pricing structure doesn't allow us to support upgrades of old LTD plans to new ones. For increased limits you will need to purchase a new plan.
i am not currently a Frontly customer - could you please clarify if this means the answer to 2a is Yes and the answer to 2c is Yes? thank you!
Gladly :) The answer to 2a is yes. As for 2c, there is nuance in whether or not the page has to load any information for the user.
Static info/text on the app does not use any operations.
Dynamic info however such as an analytics chart showing a dynamic variable, does use operations. The quantity of operations depends on how your actions have been configured.
Scott_Spanier, Thank you, everything is clear.
