Q: No support ?
I created a small app for internal use. The app was working fine until recently, most of my users cannot login. I contacted chat support and email support, waiting for weeks, no response until now.
I have no problem if the platform is slowly or not continuously developing as long as my app still works fine. But now I've wasted my money, my time.
