OivasQ: Tier 5 mapping
Can you please explain plainly about what happens to tier 5 unlimited apps early investors of yours ( us Sumolings)…
I appreciate the apps remain unlimited, but how to enable whitelabel as you haven’t mentioned anything about it. We will face a huge challenge with our clients deployed… I understand you want to promote your brand, but we are only a few with tier 5. I think, you have to keep the custom brand as a default option…as a way to honor the deal. I still think you haven’t planned well for tier 5 v1 users.???
Also, since you said your focus is only v2, that means if we keep ourselves at v1, to retain these features, what happens to support and development??

To be clear, in our previous offers, all apps were 'branded', so if you purchased before, your newly migrated V2 account would have the same number of 'branded apps' as you had in 'apps' before, meaning you can white label all of them. White labelling will be enabled automatically for users with branded apps.
