Q: Great App!
I was a little surprised to find out from support that the previous single code plan I purchased in 2022 is now known as "the freebie plan" so previous purchases don't really give any benefit over freebie users. Perhaps you might consider giving some kind of credit to previous AppSumo purchasers? Thanks very much!

I think there may be some misunderstanding. The entire 2022 campaign was a free offer, so there were actually no 'purchases' made at that time.
In the AppSumo dashboard, it's not totally obvious when you go back to review it that it was free, but I can assure you that our first campaign was in fact an appsumo 'freebie'.
This was also for the previous version of our platform. Since the plans don't really line up now that we have a new platform with new features, we're giving users a new 'freebie' plan on the new platform which is more than equivalent of what the free users of 2022 were getting.
That said, if you did actually make a purchase directly through us during that campaign to upgrade and you have a receipt or email confirmation, etc then we are more than happy to ensure you get a plan in the new platform that takes into account your early support and the amount you paid.

Ah, ok! Wow, I had completely forgotten that it was free. So sorry about that. I guess it's true that no good deed goes unpunished :) Thank you for taking the time to explain, and a retroactive thank you for your earlier generosity.
