Q: Hi, i want to use frontly with openAI gp4 AI.
If i get frontly Tier5 and bring my own OpenAI API key (i have an subscription), do i then can use unlimited GPT-4 without any extra cost from frontly? If not, what extra costs arise?

When you add your own API Key, you will not receive any additional costs from Frontly, since the billing goes through your system.
Right now, users who purchase Tier 5 are limited to 5,000 AI requests per month with their own API key.
The reason for this limit is that AI requests still take up server resources and so we're aiming to continue raising the limits as we have more usage data in the coming months.
If you ever end up getting close to the AI limit, you can reach out to our team and we may be able to raise the limits for your account specifically.
