Q: Is frontlyapp.

com the same as frontly.ai? I am one of the earliest testers of your app, back in 2022 when frontly was offered at no cost as freebie.

frontlyapp.com is the old version of our platform. If you claimed the 'freebie' plan previously, you can message our support team to claim a free Tier 1 account in frontly.ai which is the equivalent of the freebie offer we had in 2022 :)

same here, i have a code of this old frontly. I thought its a different company. I do have tier 1 of the current app since last year.

Hi Patrick,
I have the freebie and the account now is not accessible. I can't login, however< I am getting emails from the marketing team:) Sent email to the support team, I hope they will fix it. Maybe not all account have been migrated?

Hi Konstantin and neo+ (and anyone who previously had the 'freebie' offer from 2022),

frontlyapp.com is technically an entirely separate system, so you will still need to register for a new account at https://app.frontly.ai/signup

Once you've done that, if you message our support team, they can check to confirm you had a freebie deal from 2022 and then apply the free Tier 1 plan to your new account.

Hi Patrick,

I did reach out to you support team. I chat with Hanz and it seems that it’s not allowed to merge the free Tier 1 to my current account with Tier 1 plan. If free Tier 1 is equivalent to current Tier 1 deal this should be possible to merge specially that you guys need to check if the email that was used before is actually exist on a freebie deal. I am using the same email as before and to my current frontly.ai account even all my other Appsumo deals that I bought are in a same email account.

Now I was forced to create a separate account just to get the free Tier 1, is it really not possible to merge? if this is the only option it’s better then for me to refund the current plan that I bought and just reuse the email and get the free Tier 1 then.
System limitation reasoning is a bit weird.

Do let me know for possible solution to resolve this without forcing me to use other email account please. Thanks

Sorry if you had some issues when trying to activate your freebie + Tier 1.

I'm not sure if I saw this particular conversation, so I'll have to check on this.

We can manually modify plans in our current system, so that aspect of merging should not be an issue.

If you're referring to having an account in the V1 platform and now registering for V2, they are separate platforms entirely so we do need the registration on frontly.ai before we can adjust the plans.

If this is not resolved yet, please reach out again to our support team and I will sync with them today so we are all on the same page.
