Incredible Customer Service Directly from the CEO
Rarely do you ever engage with a ChatBot and receive nearly instant support from a breathing, naturally-intelligent person. But with Frontly, I was able to reactivate my license and change my login working directly with the CEO. The process took less than five minutes, and it is, by far, the best customer service I have ever experienced from an AppSumo product. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thanks, Patrick!
