May 14, 2024A: Yes, typically an audit dashboard is useful for about a week or two while your are nurturing the lead down the path to becoming a client.
So after the audit phase you can delete the audit dashboard if they do not become a client.
If they do become a client you can convert that audit dashboard into a weekly client report to manage their KPI's and streamline your client reporting process.

So if they do become a client then that 'funnel' gets occupied by that them until they are no longer a client? So effectively you are still down one funnel is that correct?
Kinda. Funnels are different than Dashboards.
You can have 5 active Funnels and 5 active dashboards with the Basic plan.
