Purchased yesterday and have invested hours into FunnelDash's courses and app.

My first real-life application of FD was using their awesome Facebook Ads reporting.

I was able to decipher 6 figures of ad spend that we did this year... much faster than sifting through and drilling down the Facebook Ads reporting interface.

Thanks for the massive time saver and brain-power saver, FD! The CEO loved the action-items I recommended as a result of what I saw through the FD reporting.

FD is more than just another analytics tool.

It lets you create some simple yet powerful messenger funnels, no matter the traffic source... website, organic social, paid social, email, landing pages. So far, I'm finding the Direct Link messenger funnel the most useful for our needs.

I don't need complex message bots like what Many Chat offers. And I'm very glad to not have to pay a monthly fee just to run multiple campaigns or access Pro features.

For our marketing needs, we just need to get audience attention and have them opt-in. Our already built sales funnel and nurturing sequences take care of the rest.

I'm glad I held off on the other messenger bots that were on Appsumo this year... because they lacked the robust FB Ads reporting that FD does so well. Those others also lacked the Agency and FB Ads Manager courses, as well as the multiple weekly calls. These are priceless.

I'm looking forward to...

deeper reporting functionality like actual automated weekly reporting (Whatagraph does this and I have that deal, but they don't have the drill-downs that I get with FD). I'm confused about what FD means by "automated" in their reports, because I have to put reports together manually if I want to share it... there's no automated report delivery or PDF exports available. Right now we have to take screenshots of the report cards we want to share.

A monthly and YOY reporting table would be great. Right now just has weekly.

Better column sorting. Weeks are sorted by alpha, not date, so all the A's are listed... April weeks, then August weeks. That makes no sense to people we report to and it's rather embarrassing to screenshot that and send to them. Is there a way to control this on our end? Is there something I'm not doing correctly? something I'm overlooking? I'm only a 2-day old customer.

FD just recently got rid of the Instant Audits. Their decision is that it doesn't help agencies close clients. They encourage agencies to utilize their sales team to get the prospects to go through the full FB Ads audit.

The problem is that we're not an agency. We build marketing automation funnels. So Instant Audits are perfect for us.

But FD took that functionality away, and I'm asking for them to bring it back and let US choose which works best for us.

They also took away the reporting templates (remarketing, creative, etc.). Why?

All in all, FunnelDash's offer is a good fit for us. We're generally happy with its current state and look forward to the roadmap.
