Q: Funnelforms 4.0
I purchased tier 1 and downloaded Appsumo plugin version 3.8.1. It says on your site that it is recommended to upgrade to Funnelforms 4.0 since the previous versions will no longer be updated. Should I request a refund?

Jul 18, 2025A: Hi, no we support both versions in the future. The 3.8.1 is the WordPress plugin version and specially designed for WordPress. The 4.0 is a cloudbased version with similar function.
frank179However, to download 4.0, you need to request an upgrade and make a new payment. I purchased on Appsumo. Is the upgrade to 4.0 included? If so, how and where can I download it?

Hi Frank, no the AppSumo license is only valid for the WordPress plugin. The 4er version is also not a downloadable product, its a cloudbased Web-App which runs in the browser. But for your side, the AppSumo license includes lifetime access to the WordPress plugin version of Funnelforms.
