I've bought Funneljoy and believe that will be an alternative to Clickfunnels as it promises a lot of features. I've noticed it works extremely poorly but I've insisted as I wanted a landing page builder on my own and I've believed they'll improve it during the time. The big problems have started when finally tried to use it for good so wanted to add my custom domain. Well, this doesn't work at all!! I've contacted their support and no answer for 3 days, it looks that's nobody reacting to these messages.
Therefore, I cannot use this product and I'd like to get a refund.

I purchased this product and struggled to get the code working eventually after many trials it did, but there were many issues with the app and so I used the schedule call for onboarding, no one turned up on the onboarding call I stayed on for over 45 minutes and no one turned up or sent any communications on why they didn't bother showing up. I would like to get a refund as I haven't been able to gain any value from his product. Thank you.

FunnelJoy is an excellent alternative to create well-structured funnels, we have been using it recently but we are already very satisfied. It is giving us various satisfactions.
To be honest, I would love to leave a more positive review... and let me be very clear, in terms of functionality...this product holds some promise. It could be useful one day.
In its current state, it CANNOT be used.
If you’re planning to create any kind of landing page, website, etc.... don’t bother. The custom domains and sub domains don’t really work. Apparently its a pretty wide spread problem. And ultimately, a funnel builder where you can use custom domains is... well, useless.
What is the point exactly?
I first requested support from their team Feb 22. Got a response 24 hours later. Responded, got a response literally 7 days later. Emailed the CEO... he responded 1 time, then nothing. Then they closed the support chat. Here we are March 8th... still nothing.
As of now, I strongly DO NOT recommend.
