Q: Hello, I purchased your solution.

1. It seems it only works for mobile, why don't you allow it to work on desktop as well. Reading all content on mobile strains eyes or provide some kind of eye protection interface.

2. After inputting skills I find selection to be very limited, also aggregated content from sources covered out of scope sources like articles related to politics appeared even though input keyword was Business strategy. I didn't find any articles from HBR, and other reputed sources, can you include those sources or do you cover only free sources and nothing from other places.

3. Can't you include content from Gartner, IHS, Forrestor etc. It will be very helpful.

4. I don't see any place to earn certificates, it seems I need to first enroll mobile users and then assign them skills. Is one job role mapped to only one skills or what?

Thanks

A: Greetings,

I see that you asked the same questions via our live chat. Therefore I copy the same answers here too :)

Let me answer your questions in the shared order.

1. Further is a mobile dedicated application. Based on the user request, we will place a web app on our roadmap.

2. Did you use the web dashboard to filter the content you mention or did you experience this issue on mobile? For both, could you please share with us a screenshot?

3. Yes, we can. However the content listed on these platforms are not free and directly accessible. Could you please suggest free-to-access sources?

4. For your mobile users, you can create lists and add certificate for the completion. Also, we apply gamification for skill progress completion. You and your mobile users can track their skill level progress via their mobile application profile.
