Video for $178.00 on Nov 28 and I am unable to access the programs I purchased. I tried to redeem several times with no result. Your system to retrieve the paid-for product is not only ambiguous but senseless. I respectfully request a full refund. It's sad because I wanted to try the product. Thank you. Carol
