Our goal is to help teams run client work, internal operations, and repeatable business workflows with AI employees, AI-powered apps, and human operators working together in one platform.

Here’s what’s new and what’s coming next:

🧩 New Apps module

We recently launched a major new module that allows teams to create custom apps inside FuseBase.

This is an important step toward helping businesses build practical tools for client onboarding, operations, reporting, internal workflows, service delivery, and more. They specifically built for client facing use cases and provide a lot out of the box.

⚙️ Managed Apps are coming in June

In June, we release new Managed Apps for common client-facing business workflows, including:

• New Case Management, including onboarding workflows

• New Business apps for invoicing, proposals, contracts, and related processes

• Additional operational apps designed for client-facing teams

🤖 AI-native project management with Autonomous Agents inside!!!

We’re also working on a new AI-native project management system inside Autonomous Agents, powered by the open-source version of Paperclip.

Traditional project management tools were built for humans only. FuseBase Work is being designed for a new operating model where humans stay focused on strategy, priorities, approvals, and client relationships, while AI agents help execute tasks, coordinate work, and keep operations moving.

🚀 Where FuseBase is heading

Our 2026 goal is to keep building FuseBase into the #1 AI-native work platform for client-facing businesses.

We believe the future of work is not just about chatbots or isolated automations. It is about businesses running with AI agents, AI apps, structured workflows, human approvals, and connected systems working together.

Human operators should focus on strategic goals and key decisions. AI agents and AI apps should help with execution, follow-ups, coordination, data updates, client workflows, and repeatable operational work.

That is the direction we are building toward.

🎁 What about the AppSumo deal?

The AppSumo campaign gives new and existing users a way to secure long-term access to FuseBase plans while the deal is available.

Tiers 1–9 are connected to the FuseBase Essentials plan, with additional bonuses included.

Tier 10 is connected to the Advanced plan, which is our most powerful plan in this campaign.

What's up everyone!

I spent three months and over a hundred meetings with you. I found one common problem: all of you need something different — something special, tailored to your needs. We solved that.

This is our last-call campaign, and only three months in, we're delivering a game-changing update:

1. AI Coding (Vibecoding) — Use your favorite IDE (Cursor, Claude Code, Antigravity, and more) to create apps. You're no longer limited to built-in FuseBase functionality — build your own. Use apps as standalone tools, inside your internal workspace, in portals, or make them public.

And the most important part — it costs a lot less than our competitors. Bring your own AI accounts and API keys, choose your models, and control exactly how much you spend. FuseBase provides scalable backend infrastructure, a plug-and-play database, Stripe integration, and everything you need to build reliable, production-ready apps.

P.S. We're working on our own FuseBase desktop application powered by OpenCode.

2. Two new dashboards: Meetings and Smart AI Trackers — Bring your data, videos, or transcripts and Smart AI Trackers will extract all the insights you need. Use FuseBase AI Apps to build custom dashboards and reporting on top of it.

3. New browser extension: FuseBase Voice Assistant — Speak in your native language and it posts in English. Saves a ton of time.

I know some of you are frustrated that we weren't able to schedule a meeting. It's not possible to cover all calls — sometimes meetings run longer than planned. 1) Live demo calls & live supportWe’ve noticed some frustration from users who are unable to get a live call with our team. Unfortunately, many calls run significantly longer than 30 minutes, and we can’t cut people off once a call has started. 2) Major update coming soon We’ve received a lot of requests for additional and slightly different functionality. We’re excited to announce that we’re about to release the Vibe Coding App as part of FuseBase, with a production-ready backend.

You’ll be able to:

• Build your own apps
• Use them as standalone solutions
• Embed them directly into portals

This update will significantly expand your available use cases.

We’re thrilled to be back on AppSumo with the latest and most powerful evolution of Fusebase!

Here’s what’s new: Over the past two years, our team has been quietly (but relentlessly) rebuilding the Fusebase platform. What began as a collaborative productivity tool has grown into a full-fledged powerhouse with AI agents, deep security controls, browser extensions, e-signatures, and transcription features—all now integrated into a seamless experience. And yes, we’re one of the first to fully integrate the new MCP protocol for advanced automation.

Why we’re back: After our previous successful campaigns (shout-out to all our early Sumo-lings!), we saw how the AppSumo community can amplify not just sales but innovation. Your feedback and creativity have helped shape our product—and now, with our biggest update yet just launched, it’s time to gather fresh insights and drive a new wave of adoption.

Stability & experience: Fusebase isn’t new to the game. We’ve been building and scaling since 2017. Our infrastructure is stronger, our platform more robust, and we’re ready to welcome a new wave of users.

Since our last campaign, we’ve secured investment from four additional VC funds—each with a track record of backing billion-dollar companies like Miro and PandaDoc. I’m sure those names ring a bell. We also brought on a new co-founder who exited his last company after a $2B+ acquisition; you may have already seen him in some of our videos.

But the biggest leap for FuseBase this year? We’ve started landing large enterprise clients, including those with 1,000+ employees. What sealed the deals? Our AI Agents. Unlike competitors who focus only on internal or external collaboration, FuseBase combines both—and powers them with true AI automation. No one else in the market comes close.

This momentum with enterprise customers is taking us to the next level. That’s why we’re planning our next major funding round for early February 2025, with strong support from our current investors.
