Excellent product!
This is an outstanding piece of software — powerful, well-designed, and incredibly useful. However, the major drawback is the lack of a mobile app. In today’s world, everything is on the go, and any solid product is expected to have a fully functional mobile version.

With a mobile app, the value of this product would increase a hundredfold. I truly hope the developers plan to add this feature in the near future.

Are you tired of being a just number in a sea of integers? I began with Fusebase in 2020, purchase my first Lifetime memberships in 2023, and expanded my investment into the software with this App Sumo sale. The Fusebase Team, in 2020 thru 2025, responded within 3-5 hrs and had my problem solved within than time frame as well.

They offer personal one-on-one calls and video meetings to show you how to use the product based on your use case. This is not a one and done. This an ongoing FREE service that exponentially adds to the value of Fusebase. The owner, Pavel, offered to meet with me as well and I am looking forward to his guidance later this month.

I have been a Fusebase (formerly Nimbus) user since 2020, and it is the software I use most out of all my purchases from AppSumo. I use it internally in the office, with clients, and even my daughter uses it to organize her university resources. What I like most is that it seems like a system without limits. I'm sure I only use 50% of its capabilities, and they keep adding new features. That's another strong point, which has improved a lot in 5 years. I bought a Tier 1 now, without thinking too much about it, so I can access the new features. For me, it's a must-have.

Imagine Confluence in its versatile block / wiki style editing, and it's structured method of building beautiful docs... now couple that with actual useful data sources, and AI to help you build them quicker and more efficiently. Use your own data and expand on topics, research and generation of operating procedures in a flash. Fusebase is this.

Now imagine SharePoint with all those Word documents, synced to OneDrive (sharepoint essentially), with complicated pages to maintain, share permissions left and right, cumbersome, slow, confusing to users and isolated / fragmented from your customers. Then trying to use the useless CoPilot to generate part-useful snips of bullet point overviews of what you should work on.
Fusebase solves this with its SUPER-EASY portals, crystal clear internal vs. external information, and its ultra-refined AI agents that give you meaningful insight on your data. It can auto-transcribe videos, collate the information and generate business operation processes and SOPs. You can even create signature forms for your clients to fill in, and trigger workflow automations throughout the business with step functions.

It has fast become my go-to tool for any business I deal with, that know they need more than Confluence or SharePoint, but they can't quite describe what they want. I demo'd this to a client and they were blown away by it.
