A Game-Changer for team collaboration and productivity!
I’ve been using Fusebase from September 25 now, and it has quickly become an essential tool for my team. The platform offers a seamless experience for managing projects, sharing documents, and communicating with colleagues—all in one place.
The interface is intuitive, making onboarding new team members a breeze. I especially appreciate the customisable workspaces and the ability to integrate with other tools we already use. Fusebase has noticeably improved our workflow and kept everyone on the same page.
New features are exciting. The team is very productive and they keep coming up with better ideas on how to develop the current tool.
Pros:
- User-friendly interface: Easy to navigate, even for new users
- Comprehensive features: Combines project management, document sharing, and team communication
- Customisable workspaces: Adaptable to different team needs and workflows
- Integrations: Works well with popular tools like Google Drive, Slack, and more
- Responsive support: The Fusebase team is quick to respond and open to feedback
- Affordable pricing: Great value for the features offered
Cons:
- Mobile app: While functional, the mobile experience could be further improved
- Advanced automations: Would love to see more options for workflow automation in future updates
- Learning curve for advanced features: Some powerful features require a bit of exploration to master.
If the question is would I buy it again, absolutely yes, without hesitation.

Thank you for taking your time writing comprehensive review.
We paused some of the updates to prioritize AI Coding, because it allows anyone to create their own functionality, and there are going to be a series of large updates around that. Ultimately, in less than two months, we plan to connect all FuseBase APIs to AI Coding, and you will be able to create stuff on top of what we provide.
Besides that, we are also launching FuseBase Studio internally, and that will significantly help us roll out front-end updates as well. I think we will start shipping that in March. So you're going to see significantly more updates in FuseBase once we release FuseBase Studio for ourselves internally.
