I’ve been using Nimbus Note (now FuseBase) for a few years—since around 2021/2022, when I originally bought it. It’s one of the few tools I genuinely use every day, and it’s where I keep pretty much everything.

I’m a book publisher, so all my book details live there, and I regularly share pages/links with my VAs to collaborate. I also like the step-by-step capture feature for documenting processes and workflows (though I’m not fully sure yet how well it supports capturing steps inside desktop apps).

My only real downside is the transition to the new version: some features I rely on are still only available in the older version, so I end up switching back to that most of the time.

Overall, it’s a solid, all-in-one platform for notes, documentation, and storing important files. If you need a central place to organize and share information, it’s worth picking up while it’s still available.
