I have been using Nimbus Note for over a year and consider it a very solid value for money tool. It is not just a single product but a suite of useful productivity apps.

## Nimbus Note

Branding and custom HTML/JS can set for each Workspace separately.

To create a new note: ⌥ + N

The editor supports checkboxes, bullets, numbers, images, tables, file attachments, links, code, quotes, embeds, collapsible TOC, @mentions for wiki-like functionality. It has spell-checker as well.

For H1 headings: ⌘ + ⌥ + 1
For H2 headings: ⌘ + ⌥ + 2
For H3 headings: ⌘ + ⌥ + 3
To search within the note: ⌘ + F
To search across all notes: ⌘ + ⌥ + F

Any block can be dragged and dropped to another location. We can get link for any block and set up a link that jumps to that location from the same or other notes.

Images can be seen full screen by double clicking on them.

Folders and tags options are available.

We can add To-dos for individual notes, set reminders and get public links.

A public link can be obtained for an entire folder as well.

Other features are Favorites and Trash.

## Nimbus Clipper

This browser extension enables us to clip items on webpages to Nimbus Note by clicking the elements selectively or full page or selected/all images or as a bookmark. We can select which Organization and Workspace the note should be stored in. Text can be highlighted, a Todo List added and reminder set before clipping. When clipping a fragment it provides the option to do it as text or an image.

## Nimbus Capture aka Nimbus Screenshot & Screen Video Recorder

I like the Nimbus Capture Chrome extension. It has integration with the Note part and with a click of a button you can save screenshots of either selected area or visible area or the full page in your Nimbus account. It has an option to capture screencasts as well. You can also quickly share the captured media with others by uploading to Nimbus cloud (which I believe will remain there for a year) and this does not count towards your account storage. This is perfect for sharing

## Areas of improvement / Feature Requests

- The ability to select the kind of block in Nimbus Note by selecting / first like in the WordPress block editor.
- Instant sync.
- Bi-directional linking like possible with Obsidian.
- Outliner functionality.
- Being able to swipe on notes in the notes list and delete, pin, archive etc.
- A link to the Organization Console from within the desktop app would be nice.

This is a no-brainer deal for anyone still on the fence and can easily replace a number of tools for capturing screenshots in the browser, taking notes (bye bye EverNote!) and sharing stuff with others. Nimbus Note is a vast ocean with a terrific set of features with a responsive developer and good support. Go for it! 👍
