Fusebase is now my new Business Workspace + Sales Pages + Client Portals + Simple AI + Automations
After two days of exploring Fusebase, I’ve added five more licenses (making a total of six). As a huge fan of Notion.co, Fusebase felt like a natural fit for me. While there’s a learning curve, I’ve been using Fusebase daily to replace tools and solve business problems.
Here are some use cases:
- Recently, I launched a niche research as a service model, and Fusebase is perfect for this. I can use one of the free templates to create a “sales or deal page” that I can send to prospects. These sales pages can include a Loom video introducing my services, a widget embedding my Calendly, and even a Fusebase lead form connected to a Fusebase automation. This sales page then becomes my private and secure client portal where my clients can view and e-sign PDFs (Fusebase allows users to upload PDFs and create multiple e-sign features that track if contracts are signed or not).
- I can create tasks assigned to me or my clients (and track tasks across all of my client workspaces).
- I can create simple Fusebase custom GPTs to help me actually perform the custom research for my clients.
- The cool thing is that users can simply save the Fusebase agent’s work as a page in a workspace or client portal.
- Fusebase creates a simple client data table for anyone who fills out a form or joins a portal. However, it’s not a CRM replacement (I wish it had a CRM).
- It’s not perfect, and I’m still fumbling around to figure out if and how I can do things. But they have a solid knowledge base with guides, screenshots, and videos, and I’m really impressed with their customer support.
