Good Software, But AppSumo Buyers Are Treated Like Second-Class Customers

I was super excited after stacking over 20 codes, but the experience quickly went downhill. I booked a product demo, and everything seemed on track when they reached out to ask for more information. However, the moment I mentioned that I purchased the codes through AppSumo, their attitude completely changed. They abruptly canceled the demo, claiming they were suddenly overbooked.
It is incredibly frustrating to be treated like a second-class customer just because of the platform used to purchase the product. Even if the software itself is excellent, a company's customer support and attitude toward its users matter just as much. If a team refuses to properly support their own unlimited lifetime plans or shadows AppSumo buyers, there is absolutely no reason to invest any more time or effort into their ecosystem. I am moving on to tools that actually value their early adopters.

Apologies for the cancelling demo because we got overbooked. Demo calls are primarily for Sales related calls but not support/demo even though we have quite a few calls with LTD Code owners, you can clearly see it in other reviews.

We do our best, but you need to understand it is !!!! not a sustainable !!! if we will have a demo calls for several hundred people. We still need to drive regular sales hope you understand that.

That's why we have a Discord community with 300+ members also AI Agent Support +email support, YouTube channel.

We do our best, but it is not possible to cover all demo calls considering how many companies use FuseBase

And if we accept calls based on # of codes purchased, that will piss off people even more that's why we don't take in a account how many codes were purchased we look at our availability first :)
