Fusebase is hands down the most-used AppSumo tool I own. And that’s really saying something.

Fullystacked 10 codes, and it’s been an absolute workhorse. It’s saved me an unreal amount of time, helped me close some epic deals and honestly made the process of building stuff so much easier and a lot more fun.

So on the business, it’s been fantastic It works so well.
Notes, docs, collaboration, screengrabs, workflows, agents, AI… all in one place, without too many issues.

And trust me, I’m not saying this because I don’t know what else is out there.
I run a full AI automation stack. OpenAI, Perplexity, Claude, Bolt, Teable, Bika, Boost.space, Activepieces, BrowserAct, Browse.ai, Puzzle.ai ect ect... … the whole thing. So yeah, I’m very aware of Fusebase’s limits.

But here’s the thing most tools don’t solve…You still have to sit down and turn ideas into real things. Ideas into plans. Plans into products. Products or Services into deals. And around you go.

That messy middle..... ideation, scripts, marketing materials, sales rooms, SOPs, workflows, PRDs, schemas, blueprints, guides.....that’s where Fusebase is pure gold for me. It’s the glue. The place everything comes together before it fans out to the rest of the stack.

And bonus? It’s saved me hundreds of dollars a month compared to Notion.

Now, the part that genuinely surprised me… personal use.
Every single person in my family uses Fusebase. All of us.
My kids at university basically live in it. Notes, planning, projects, life stuff.... all there.

About 18 months ago, Five of us fully ditched Evernote. No drama. No regrets. Haven’t even thought about going back once.

Is Fusebase perfect? Nope. There are a few rough edges. You’ll notice them.
But it’s so close to perfect that I’m more than happy to live with those quirks, because the value it delivers every single day is massive. And yes, I wish the nimbus to fusebase transition was complete. its annoying and should be done by now but I work around it.

I have reached out to support 5-6 times in this timeframe. They don't know me from adam and they resolved all my issues promptly. Twice it was user error on my part. So from my perspective and experience, they have worldclass support.

If Fusebase disappeared tomorrow, I’d feel it immediately. And that, to me, is the real test.. Thats my 2cents. If you have a need, go buy it.
