need catch up with support

The concept is excellent and the potential is huge, which is why we purchased Tier 10.
However, we immediately ran into issues. The live chat showed as active, but we received no response. We should have access to 50 portals, yet the system keeps displaying an upgrade prompt instead of allowing us to use what’s included in our plan.

I’m open to updating this review once these issues are resolved, but at the moment the support response time and the overall experience need improvement. The constant upgrade notifications appearing throughout the platform are also confusing and disruptive.

Thank you, Pavel. I appreciate the quick reply from you and your team. My point was simply that when a live chat is shown as active, someone should actually be available — especially during setup or when you’re trying to solve an issue in real time. It’s much more efficient to speak directly instead of going back and forth through multiple channels.

Regarding the organization structure: the current setup is still unclear on the AppSumo side, and this should be labelled more transparently. The upgrade prompts and portal limitations can easily confuse users who are just trying to use what their plan includes.

I’m looking forward to the meeting with you or someone from your team to clarify how we can configure our environment correctly. I’m genuinely enthusiastic about the platform, because what I saw and read until now it seems to be great. But I want get out most of it and I guess our structure is not that easy to handle.

1) As I see it, our support team responded to your inquiry within 5 minutes. However, I agree that we should continue improving our response time and I apologize for the wait.

2) Regarding your question: you have two organizations, and the coupons were applied only to one of them. Most likely, you attempted to set up the portal in the organization where no coupons are available. In our ticket response, we provided instructions on how to switch to the correct organization.
