My experience with Nimbus Note started with a single focus to replace Notion app. As a researcher, it is always difficult for me to sum up all the information in one place. Nimbus is great solution to do that. You can create an overview page of the project with sections, links to other pages with more detailed information. All this allows you to create something like a small website page for each task, section of the Project and plan work for you and your team. I have small team as well and we use Nimbus to have all our meeting notes, project summary, new ideas, descriptions of everything... You can link other external info as well as external documents and great part of it that you can embed them right into the page. We are keeping all our visual files on other platform from Appsumo (Getcloudapp) and it works great with Nimbus. You will be able to have all information (tables, graphs, files, videos, photos, bookmarks, EVEN GOOGLE MAPS!!!!, pages and make have different views on each of these elements) structured in one place. Nimbus has an amazing array of data structures to help you and your teammates stay organized and efficient.
