No show- app sumo customers disrespected
I scheduled a call to go over fusebase. Panel was a no show. I waited for 33 mins. Signed in 3 different times and even wrote on LinkedIn and via e-mail.
I know we are all human but to cancel without notice or even show up to the call is not acceptable.
I purchased the top plan. Hoping to learn how it works and requesting assistance.
Now I am regretting my purchase. I cannot endorse with poor customer service.
I was hoping to have written how amazing Thai service and product are. But cannot and need assistance.
This is not acceptable
