No show, no email, no follow up.
We purchased at the highest tier, excited to add this to our workflow. Unfortunately, when you schedule a meeting with the founder, he never shows up. I had added my team to this call as well, so it interrupted the entire day for all of us. I sent an email, asking if he was going to join the meeting - no reply. Its been nearly two weeks, no reply. We've also sent additional emails asking for some help with basic account changes that are not available on the user interface. The tool itself might be great, but beware if you have even basic trouble - there is no help available.
