Typical Post-LTD Campaign Resent ment

Had I read the previous reviews, I would not have cleared my schedule for this vendor. True to form, he no-showed our scheduled meeting without a single word of notice.

His email communication has been entirely arrogant and dismissive. He perfectly fits the profile of a vendor who aggressively courts buyers during a promotional campaign, only to treat those same early adopters with open resentment the moment they transition from a revenue source to an operational expense.

It demonstrates a profound lack of business foresight. What vendors of this caliber fail to grasp is that satisfied early buyers refer standard recurring customers, purchase add-on credits, and frequently convert to full subscriptions when the software proves its value.

Fusebase itself is actually a solid product. I have actively used it and upgraded my tiers across two separate campaigns. However, I have no intention of outlining exactly how our agency leverages the platform. I refuse to provide free marketing material or use-cases for a vendor with such blatant disdain for his user base. One taco is strictly for the software; four were deducted for the vendor's arrogance.

I purchased these latest tiers purely as a contingency, as features like white-labeling offer absolutely zero value to my firm. Our clients—which include high-profile celebrities (rock and film) and multinational logistics companies—are well aware that agencies utilize third-party tools.

Consequently, I am refunding my recent upgrades. I will also be advising my partner to abandon our plans to purchase standard subscriptions for our domestic and overseas staff.
