About lite users if I understand correctly they will not have to login since I would be sharing information using links or they can login to see what I am sharing with them?
2.I am also interested in this as agency so in this case I assume a client will be a workspace with his login. In this case can I duplicate apps and dashboards across different workspaces to prevent work duplication?
3. I want to create a record for a service and 3 days before expiration date and on expiration date to send notification by email and SMS to user and lite user

1. Lite Users have to be invited to Fusioo and they have to login. You can share records with them and when they login they will see only the records they have access to.
2. Yes, you can copy Apps and their dashboards to a new workspace. Currently, when you copy an app, the fields, dashboards, and widgets will be copied. Workflows and reports aren't copied at the moment.
3. You can do this with workflows. You can use the 'date reached' trigger so that the workflow gets triggered 3 days before the expiration date and notifies the users. We don't support SMS at the moment but you can send a webhook with the record data to any application that can then be used to SMS the user.
