Q: 🚀 Frequently Asked Questions - Part 1 ⏺ What is a Fusioo App?

Apps can help you track and manage information. You can think of Apps like sheets in a spreadsheet. You can create Apps to track and manage Projects, Tasks, Internal Articles, Sales Leads, Events, Client Feedback, you name it.

⏺ What are Fusioo Workflows?

Workflows are if-this-then-that rules that you create and forget. Example: When a new Fusioo record is created, send an Email to the project manager and post in the slack channel (Webhooks).

⏺ How do I input data in Fusioo? What about using Fusioo to capture data from outside (Web Forms)?

Every App that you create in Fusioo, will have a form that is used to create new or update existing records. You can also create/update data in Fusioo through the Fusioo API.

Another way to input data is by connecting Fusioo to a third party web form tool. You can learn more about this here: https://www.fusioo.com/guide/integration-web-forms

We will also soon be releasing our own Web Forms functionality, which will remove the need entirely to use any third-party software for capturing external data!

⏺ What kind of Reports can I build with Fusioo?

The Report Builder allows you to create custom reports such as invoices, estimates, proposals, application forms, or various status reports.

⏺ What is a "regular user"?

Regular Users are allowed to update and create new Fusioo records. Every Regular User can be granted administration access which allows the User to manage the Apps, Security and Users in the account.

⏺ What is a Workspace?

In Fusioo, the workspace helps you navigate through your Apps, create new records and collaborate with other Users. Multiple Workspaces can become handy if you are managing and switching between multiple companies or departments that have nothing in common with one another.

⏺ I have a lot of clients that I collaborate with. Do they count as regular users?

If your clients won't be creating new records, you can invite them as Lite users (unlimited). Lite Users can see things (apps, records) that are made available to them. They can still be given access to manually triggered workflows to perform simple tasks, like approving a task, for example.

⏺ What does custom branding mean? Do you offer custom domains (CNAME)?

Custom branding allows you to change your workspace URL (custom subdomains), your company logo and the color scheme of your Fusioo workspace, login screen, and emails. Learn more here: https://www.fusioo.com/guide/branding

Question; Are CNAMEs included for Summo-lings Tier 4 ?
or do we need to buy CNAME for each workspace?

At the moment, you can use custom subdomains like yourcompany.fusioo.com via our branding feature. Using a custom domain is something we intend to add in the future and is already on our roadmap - https://www.fusioo.com/product/public-roadmap#CustomDomains

Additionally, when you use the branding options, you can use your company's logo and color scheme to customize the Fusioo workspace, log in screen and emails.

Also, to add to my previous answer, Custom Domains will be available for anyone that purchases tier 4. Hope that this helps!
