Can I setup the following with Fusioo:
1. Onboarding of freelancers (forms) with their access to update data and their knowledge with user right as external users.
2. Creating job orders for them within the project/task management app and after delivery of the job creating invoices respectively beneficiary notes for the freelancers/vendors. Invoicing not only to customers but also to providers.
3. Creating order and invoice templates in several languages.
4. https://cloud.memsource.com/web/docs/api Can this software be connected and do you offer API integration services? Uploads of project data, upload of file analysis results into the Project/task management.
5. Branch functionality: Is it possible to divide the company into workspaces and run the workspaces as branches of the matrix sharing core apps (vendors, project/task management, invoicing)?

1. If they need to update data, they need to be onboarded as Regular Users (the type of Users you get in your AppSumo LTD). If you onboard them as Lite Users (unlimited invites), they will only be able to read and collaborate with you; but not create or update records. You can also get them to perform basic tasks, such as clicking on a Task and "Mark it as approved".. this is done through setting up "manually triggered workflows" and giving your Lite users access to such a workflow.
2. Yes, you can create job orders and assign them to different people. Then you can generate invoices for both your customers and providers.
3. Yes, you are free to use any language you need in the Report Builder. It is not tied solely to English or the Latin alphabet.
4. Yes, we offer a public API. You can learn more about our API here: https://www.fusioo.com/guide/fusioo-api
5. Workspaces are completely isolated from one another. Usually, workspaces are used when you have departments that are not using the same Apps or if you are a consultant building workspaces for different clients. Workspaces are in no way connected to one another.

Onboarding of vendors (lite users): Can a initial onboarding be done based on a web form that includes the date in the DB as a vendor record pending to be approved?

At the moment, lite users can only be invited via a direct email invite or sharing of an invitation link. Unfortunately, an initial onboarding wouldn't be possible via a web form currently in Fusioo.
