Hello Mario,

Thanks for your question!

Currently, you can use any web form tool that connects with Zapier, and push that web form data into Fusioo - https://www.fusioo.com/guide/integration-web-forms

You can also use the Fusioo API (https://www.fusioo.com/guide/fusioo-api), if you want to create your own web form, and similarly, push your web form data into Fusioo.

Of course, these are currently workarounds; which might be a bit tedious/messy.

That is why we will soon be working on our Web Forms feature (https://www.fusioo.com/product/public-roadmap#WebForms) which is due by end of year.

Once our Web Forms feature is live, you will be able to embed these forms into your website and capture data directly into any of your Fusioo Apps!

Hope this helps 🙂

Let me know if you have any further questions!

+1 forms for allowing stakeholders to chime in!

"Allow clients/contractors/collaborators to add information without giving them access to Fusioo"

is this what a Lite User is?

Hi @kor44,

Thanks for your question!

With regards to your quote: "Allow clients/contractors/collaborators to add information without giving them access to Fusioo"

This will be part of the Fusioo Web Forms update. The Web Forms will enable you to create a "Contact Us" form essentially, on your website. Whenever a website visitor with no access to your Fusioo account fills up that contact form, a new record will be created in the corresponding App (that is linked to that web form).

A Fusioo Lite user is a type of user in Fusioo. Lite Users (read-only) are users that are invited to your workspace (for free). They are not allowed to update and create new Fusioo records. However, they can access data that has been made available to their Role (via Role permissions).

Typically, Lite Users include clients and independent contractors. They can collaborate with you through discussions, use @mentions to contact you, and share files.

Hope this helps :-)
