Q: What is the difference between workspace vs workflow vs app?
I want to be building these dashboards for my clients and I want their data to be separate.
Does the 500 api calls/hour limit apply to all the calls combined or is it per app/workspace?
Is updating a cell of data and updating multiple cells in a single api call both considered as a single api request?
Can I share this to my client and make certain parts or the entire app/workspace of it to only readable? I don't want the data to be editable except if I do it or an api call updates it.

Apps are used to track and manage information. You could think of it as a table in a database or a sheet in a spreadsheet. For example, you can create a Projects App to track projects and a Sales Leads App to track your leads. A workspace is made up of multiple Apps and is essentially the place where you work. If you have multiple companies or departments that are completely segregated from one another, you can create multiple Workspaces to segregate your Apps/Users/Roles and Permissions etc..
Workflows are if-this-then-that rules that you set and forget. Example: When a new Fusioo record is created, send an Email to the project manager and post in the slack channel (Webhooks). Workflows are created per App.

The 500 API calls per moving hour are per Workspace. This is mostly a soft limit, so if you need more, feel free to contact our support by email or website chat.

Yes.

Yes, you can invite your clients as Lite Users (unlimited). You can learn more about Lite users here: https://www.fusioo.com/guide/regular-vs-lite-users
