Great tool
As a real data geek, I like Fusioo. Here's why:
- Record linking: I can link data together the way I need it to
- Dashboards: They're great to see what's going on
- Field rules: Haven't seen this on any other online database program
- Workflows: Very powerful to automate routine tasks or let "Lite users" mark tasks as done or approved without editing the record manually
- Reports: I don't need to print stuff (my business is paperless) but great to send via email to someone
- Filters and formulas: Very powerful, I especially like the "is logged in user" filter so that everyone only sees their own stuff when needed (in the projects app for example, so clients can't see projects of other clients)
- You always discover new features. For example, today I discovered that you can color code number widgets
A bit of feedback:
- Dashboards are great but only work for all records or a filtered set of them. I wish I had something similar like that per project (entry in projects app) or per opportunity (record in opportunities app) with lists and metrics of related entries (bar chart of task status breakdown in this project record, line chart of revenue generated by that client record...)
- Forms that lite users can fill out within a dashboard: Let's say I have a guest author for my site that has to submit an article or a previous customer who wants to request some new work
- Ability to translate the interface (except the admin interface, that one is seen by no one but me)
- Percentages in number widgets: I would like to see numbers like "percentage of projects that have a client attached" (client field not empty) or "percentage of deals won".
- Collaborative content editing (like Google Docs) in long text fields - I use them for notes and content of simple documents
- The permission management is a bit of a hassle if you have many roles, apps and/or dashboards. I can't offer a good solution idea here. It just takes a lot of time to tick all the boxes. At least you only have to do it once.

To go through your feedback:
- Widgets per record (not per Dashboard): This is an interesting idea and one we have already discussed internally in the past. You can generate aggregate data by using rollup formulas on connected records but we agree that more layout options here would help especially when you have a lot of connected records.
- Forms: We will add webforms that can be embedded in your website and can be filled by anyone not just lite users. No plans yet on making them available in Dashboards.
- Ability to translate the interface: I have seen the feedback item on our forum and I think this could be a great way to make the text more customizable and at the same time tackle the multilingual problem! Thanks a lot for this! :)
- Percentages in numeric widgets: You can do this by using custom formulas. You can also use @ to reference other Numeric Widgets in the same Dashboard to create the percentages you mentioned - https://www.fusioo.com/guide/numeric-metric#numeric-custom-formula
- Collaborative content editing: We have discussed this in the past and I am sure that it will be in one of our future updates. There are no concrete plans for this though!
- Permission management: Yes, this can be a bit clunky sometimes when you have too many roles. We are still figuring out the best way to make it crystal clear who has access to what, but also make it easier to manage!
