so I have some specific issues to check properly.

1. integration with Mailchip (or send in blue or others) - status and is the link unique/personalised so that we know who answered ion order to recontact only the non-answering people?
2. possible to integrate with external db like /excel or google sheet in the input phase so to flag who answered and who didn't
3. backend-questions set up. possible to personalize lables of questions, so that in the DB we can decide how the questions are called (like Q1, QRT, Education level..) and not have the text on the questions as colum head
4. output - datafile format, will be SPSS ready soon?
5. output - integration with google analytics, possible to see what you mean?
6. output - does dashboard allows to cross analysis and download each single graph data organised together with jpeg image?
7. integration with cati system is possible?
8. is sample quota management an available feature=? if not, when?
9. is the company financially sustainable for the next 2 years at least?
