Q: I am looking for Survey Software that I can ask the customer 8 questions and produce on-screen and printable reports.
These reports will pull data from fields (an array) and perform simple calculations. I have written this software in excel, but now I need a web format

I can't find out if this app will generate printable reports for each user either. Syays it'll generate a live page with the results of all aggregated entries but no mention if it can generate a results report for each user of their own individual survey entries.
