Offline mode - You can collect responses from our survey app even without the internet. The data will sync whenever it gets internet access.
Kiosk mode - You can open a survey the app in KIOSK mode and put the device at a touch point to automate your customer survey collection process. The screen will remain open and ready for data collection 24*7.
NPS survey - You can create Net Promoter Score type surveys using our application. NPS is a type of survey used to measure how likely a customer is to recommend our product/services.
Users: The number of users that can have access to the account. This helps in giving users different roles and collaboration among teams.

Kiosk mode in most survey tools allows you to setup a survey in a way you can use it at a Fair or on a mobile device to collect multiple responses. Usually in a full screen mode with a refresh at the end etc.
NPS survey is the typical net promoter survey used for customer satisfaction.
