I would love to hear your exact walkthrough on what happened when you tried to dictate as the text is inserted directly into the app you are currently working in.

Your issue sounds like you may accidentally mistook our recording feature which also has transcription with the actual dictation. If that is the case we obviously have to make sure that it is easier to distinguish between the two. So again, we would love to hear your thoughts and potentially get a second chance from you.

The dictation is usually initiated using a hotkey right from within whatever app you want to write into and then an overlay appears on screen signaling that the dictation is active and afterwards the text gets inserted into the focused application/text area.

I am looking forward to hearing from you. As we know our app does have the promised functionality we are certain there must be some misunderstanding that we can resolve and improve our app to prevent that in the future.
