Q: I have been unable to use my service after I successfully redeemed it back in 2018.

I redeemed it, used it, and then my account was deleted. I reached out in December of 2018 and you asked me to confirm my email address and then never responded.

We received your email back in 2018 asking you to confirm your email address and we never did get a response. We've also replied back to your recent email too.
